Mumma Time - A circle for mums

“ The intention of these circles it create a space where mums can connect feel part of an inclusive non-judgmental community, the mum hats can come off and the I’m fine masks can be lowered together  we can be in honest conversations, share and unravel our feelings and experiences in our lives as mums “

As a dedicated mum of 25years I am passionate about a mothers journey and role a mother has within the family. I want mums to feel supported and nurtured not overwhelmed, stressed, isolated and alone. Being a mum is hard work, its a tough job and from my lived experiences I deeply know that when we share our feelings and tell our real stories we quickly realise we are NOT alone and we find comfort and support in knowing that other mums can relate and are feeling similar things or going through similar experiences. It is through these conversations we can lighten the load and take some pressure and weight off ourselves.  

Never underestimate the healing power of unrestricted and unfiltered conversations, this is where magic happens!

This 4 week journey will be time for YOU to be held in a safe loving nurturing environment. An opportunity to be seen heard and witnessed as you are. A wonderful opportunity for you to take some time out of your mum life and reconnect to yourself. Together we can unpack some of the challenges/frustrations we are facing, share our stories, lighten our load and maybe even have a good laugh together.  

As a mum are you feeling……

  • anxious, worried or overwhelmed

  • always wearing the “I’m fine” mask

  • no one understands your life

  • alone and isolated

  • criticised and judged.

  • everything has to be perfect or you’re a failure

  • pressure of getting everything right

  • you dont have the support you need

  • people are comparing and competing with you

As a mum are your seeking …..

  •    connection and community

  •    to be seen, heard and witnessed

  •    time for yourself

  • to let our some of your frustrations as a mum

  •    understanding and compassion

  •    honest real conversation

  •   to lighten up in your mothering journey

  •  to have a little more fun

Over the 4 weeks we will drink cups of tea  together, dive into some good mum conversations about life, love and some of the challenges we are facing , ease our minds, gain some new perspectives and awareness around being a mum take some pressure off ourselves and  have a good  laugh together!

These groups are an inteactive sharing circle where we ALL participates, we will all be sharing something from our own journery every week. The topics will vary depending on what the group needs. It doesn’ t matter if your kids are babies, toddlers, teens or young adults , being a mum is a life long journey and the we ride many waves along the way!

These circles will also be supported by an interactive Facebook group and the option to purchase a MK Wellbeing pack of flower essences and essential oils to support you throughout our time together.

I am offering these circles in person in Panton hill on Friday Morning 10.am – 11.30am

Starting October 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

Online Wednesday evening 7.30pm 9pm

Starting  October 11th, 18th, 25th , 1st Nov
