I’m a holistic counsellor, flower essence therapist, and trauma-informed nervous system trained well-being mentor — and most importantly, a devoted mum. Supporting mothers is my heart’s calling. I’ve walked the path of stress, anxiety, and emotional burnout — and I now walk alongside other mums with care, compassion, and deep understanding.
